They worked with me quickly on replacing the component I miss ordered.
I bought this and had it sitting inside for a while. Got my car detailed and the detailer asked if I wanted it on. So he prepped the area and within 30 minutes it came off. This is a trusted detailer in my area and he said the backing just wouldn't stick on the car. However, don't want to fully trash the brand I bought the front emblem for my s6 and it went on great! No problems with that one for months now.
Emblems look great. Do not feel cheap
I bought the 203 x 70mm rear rings because the description suggested that size for a 2018 A3 but unfortunately it should have been the smaller size (193 x 67mm), it's not a huge difference so I just used it but you can see in the picture the new Gloss Black emblem behind the original is slightly larger. That's on me, I should have measured myself, otherwise good quality.
I ordered my rings and got it within 4-5 days! It was super fast.
