Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds are not accepted for orders made outside the US.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original contents. We do not accept return items after they have been installed on your vehicle. Please verify items before installing.
To start a return please contact us with your order number, the reason for the return, and pictures if necessary.
Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. There are several variables:
- Item arrived damaged
- Wrong item ordered
- If the part is installed, returns will usually not be accepted
We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns (cost of shipping and labor)
Always consider reselling the item yourself as well. These items are very popular and you can resell them for around what you paid for them. This is exactly what we do with returns, assuming they are not damaged.
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the item and error clearly displayed.

We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future.
If you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.
Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:
You can get a refund if:
- The product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional or defective
- Item is not as described
- The courier has determined the package to be "lost in transit"
- If item isn’t received within 35 or more business days from the ship date
Refunds are not accepted for orders made outside the US
The "30-Day Money Back Guarantee” is available under following circumstances:
Item must be returned to us with proof of purchase such as Order ID, Invoice ID, Transaction ID within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your purchase.
Return must be authorized by Enthusiast Brands via email.
- Item must be returned in its original & resell condition; packaging must not be broken where applicable
- Return postage and handling is buyer's responsibility
- Refund does not include original shipping cost. Refund method will be determined by Enthusiast Brands
- Due to hygienic regulations, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on certain items for non-broken products under any circumstances.
Enthusiast Brands may reject any returns under any of the below circumstances at our discretion:
The detailed size chart is included in the description. The size you chose does not fit you well.
The order was placed with a discount coupon we provided.
The order was placed by mistake but wasn't cancelled within 24 hours.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75.00USD you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that refunds can take 5-10 business days to return in your account once your return has been received.
